Punjab Kings (PBKS) is a professional cricket team that plays in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The franchise represents the state of Punjab and was established in 2008 when the IPL started. The team was originally known as Kings XI Punjab and was later renamed Punjab Kings in 2021 to refresh the brand and team identity.
