An FIR has been registered under sections “143, 147, 149, 427” for reportedly besieging the parked DC bus. Colaba Police Station of Mumbai has sent their team to the place of the incident and arrested these accusers. At some time in the midnight, offenders who were the ‘activists of MNS-VahatukSenk (transport Wing) created a disturbing situation by breaking the windows of the bus, shouting, sticking the posters of their demand. According to MNS Vice President Sanjay Naik, gave the justification of the troubles of their activities, according to him they were showing disapproval because if the buses of IPL are engaged from outside Mumbai, this will affect the livelihood of the locals of Mumbai and will make the people unemployed. Naik in a report said, "Despite our protests, they have allowed several buses and other smaller vehicles here from Delhi and other parts, which is affecting the livelihood of the local Marathi people.” Concurrently, Delhi Capitals Team members are staying at Taj Palace located in the Colaba area in Mumbai. The team has reached Mumbai to start their preparation for the upcoming IPL 15th season beginning on 26th March. Rishabh Pant-led DC team will start their tournament on 27th March at Brabourne stadium in Mumbai against Mumbai Indians. Well taking note of this scenario, Mumbai Police have geared up security around the Delhi Capital’s hotel taking care of further any such instances. Meanwhile just a few days before, Delhi Capitals has also appointed Shane Watson as an assistant coach. This all-rounder Australian coach will join his colleagues Ricky Ponting and James Hopes in the coaching staff. Delhi Capitals had also revealed their new jersey of the forthcoming IPL league in the previous week.
